pw_containers: Update VariableLengthEntryQueue size functions; cleanup - Remove raw_size_bytes() and raw_capacity_bytes(), which include metadata, in favor of size_bytes() and max_size_bytes(), which do not. - Add functions for clearing the queue and indexing into an Entry. - Clean up and expand the unit tests.
