Remove references to closed bug pwbug/363 - pw_protobuf, pw_stream: Remove TODOs related to pwbug/363 since the current uses of Status instead of Result seem reasonable. Could still be refactored later. - pw_result: Remove pwbug reference to adding additional tests for Result since statusor_test.cc covers the specified cases.
