pw_sys_io_stm32cube: Fix build for f0xx, f1xx and f3xx families Use GPIO_SPEED_FREQ_HIGH instead of GPIO_SPEED_FREQ_VERY_HIGH. Only high speed operation mode is supported for theses STM32 families.
