pw_tokenizer: Support arbitrary recursion in C++ detokenizer - Rename DetokenizeBase64() to DetokenizeText() for consistency with Python and since it will eventually support the full nested token format. - Support arbitrary nested tokenization recursion depth for DetokenizeText().
