pw_web: Implement advanced filtering
Changelist:
- Enable support for the following filter features:
* column-specific values
* exact phrase/sentences
* multiple conditions (AND, OR) and negated conditions (NOT)
* nested conditions
- Create an input facade (<div> input) to support future UI implementations
