docs: Fix main content scrolling The rendering of Mermaid diagrams is now manually invoked in //docs/_static/js/pigweed.js to fix a race condition between Furo's scrolling logic and Mermaid's diagram rendering logic. The site nav now scrolls at the same time as the main content scroll.
