pw_compilation_testing: Skip tests excluded by the preprocessor Only run a PW_NC_TEST() if it is included in the preprocessed source. This makes it possible to disable negative compilation tests with preprocessor directives. For example, an NC test can be enabled only for a certain C++ standard.
