This module is deprecated. ``pw::allocator::FreeListHeap`` has been replaced by
``pw::allocator::BucketAllocator``, which uses the same allocation algorithm and
implements the ``pw::Allocator`` API.

This module is now an alias to ``pw_malloc:bucket_allocator`` to
facilitate backwards-compatibility.
