Added a custom USB endpoint handler to process commands on a packet basis, as opposed to the byte FIFO employed previously. This allows multiple commmands to be framed correctly, so they can be processed sequentially without losing packets. Suspend DAP thread until the end of the USB callback. This prevents the need for continous polling by DAP thread.
