ARC: soc: hsdk: add MWDT compiler options HSDK board misses MWDT compiler options, so CCAC uses default ones (which doesn't match HSDK HW) when building with MWDT. Add MWDT compiler options. Signed-off-by: Eugeniy Paltsev <Eugeniy.Paltsev@synopsys.com>
