Eliminate references to VXMICRO_TOOL Since the build system now supports only one toolchain, the VXMICRO_TOOL environment variable is obsolete. The sanity check scripts that reference this symbol are revised accordingly. (Note: As a temporary measure, the main sanity check script continues to accept the -T option; however, the option has no effect.)
