libc: workaround to fix wifi IP address issue libc optimization changes regarding memset and memcpy added by this 5d55730cf69dac7c8f99dcb17b04307cd050948c caused wifi driver issues, which won't let device get IP address. Signed-off-by: Sylvio Alves <sylvio.alves@espressif.com>
