tests: add fpu tag the tests which enable FPU and FPU_SHARING options Introduce the fpu tag to tests that explicitly enable the FPU and FPU_SHARING Kconfig options. The tag could be used to run all FPU-related tests in the tree. Signed-off-by: Ioannis Glaropoulos <Ioannis.Glaropoulos@nordicsemi.no>
