drivers: adc: Adding Infineon HPPASS ADC samples

Adding files to allow running the following samples for the
Infineon HPPASS SAR ADC driver on the PSOC C3 family of MCUs:
  * samples/drivers/adc_dt
  * samples/drivers/adc_sequence
