tests: arm: exclude i.mx95 m7 for some interrupt tests i.MX95 M7 is using multi-level interrupts with custom interrupt handling. So, arm_custom_interrupt and arm_irq_vector_table tests should exclude it. Signed-off-by: Yangbo Lu <yangbo.lu@nxp.com>
