kconfig: remove redundant EVENT_LOGGER option KERNEL_EVENT_LOGGER selects EVENT_LOGGER which is then used to enabling building. Skip EVENT_LOGGER and use KERNEL_EVENT_LOGGER directly. Change-Id: Ib9cf3a58b12bf4e78f264d8e8ac48a8104120c3b Signed-off-by: Anas Nashif <anas.nashif@intel.com>
