boards: arm: nrf5340_audio_dk_nrf5340: add codec iface gpio hogs

The nRF5340 Audio DK provides a multiplexer circuit that allows to
interface the audio codec by an external master. Use GPIO hogs to
initialize the multiplexers correctly.
