soc/intel_adsp: Remove dead memory exception handler section We don't define a MemoryException handler, nor is one appropriate for this hardware as it stands. And the empty section keeps causing linker warnings we have to work around. Remove. Signed-off-by: Andy Ross <andrew.j.ross@intel.com>
