dts: bindings: input: move DTS snippets from to "examples" (cont'd)

Somehow I forgot quite a few of the DTS snippets in commit
f4163bbe2c753f97a9ca3f9b7ad7523fd3b1a784  so this hopefully takes care
of the remainder.
