wifi: esp_at: reset the modem in device init Reset the ESP modem inside the device initialisation function so that errors can be detected through the use of `device_is_ready`. Fixes #43891 for this driver. Signed-off-by: Jordan Yates <jordan.yates@data61.csiro.au>
