sys_sem: add a for-loop-like macro similar to spinlocks Add SYS_SEM_LOCK() and SYS_SEM_LOCK_BREAK which are mostly the same as K_SPINLOCK() and K_SPINLOCK_BREAK. Signed-off-by: Chris Friedt <cfriedt@tenstorrent.com>
