xtensa: mmu: rename MMU_KERNEL_RING to Z_XTENSA_KERNEL_RING... ...and move it to xtensa_mmu_priv.h. This would allow the SoC layer to use the RING number if needed. Signed-off-by: Daniel Leung <daniel.leung@intel.com>
