dts: Add initial support for nRF54H20 EngA SoC Add definition of the nRF54H20 SoC revision EngA with its Application, Radio, and Peripheral Processor (PPR) cores and basic peripherals: GRTC, GPIOs, GPIOTE, and UARTs.
