Makefile (arc/soc/em*): New compiler options GCC 6.x for ARC does not recognize the options -mARCv2EM and -mav2em anymore. Both options replaced in Makefile by -mcpu=arcem. Change-Id: Ic86bf51cd5fb1a67ba2cd75998cd907e26996347 Signed-off-by: Juro Bystricky <juro.bystricky@intel.com>
