sanitycheck: Only create testcase_extra.conf if needed Only create the dir and file if we have actual "content" that will exist in testcase_extra.conf. This is to reduce a bit of noise/footprint in the sanitycheck output dir. Signed-off-by: Kumar Gala <kumar.gala@linaro.org>
