boards: set CONFIG_KERNEL_VM_OFFSET=0 on qemu_x86_virt

Since CONFIG_KERNEL_VM_OFFSET no longer needs to be the same as
CONFIG_SRAM_OFFSET, set it to zero to reclaim the hole in
virtual address space.
