boards: arm: nrf: Enable mcumgr UART In order to run the Simple Management Protocol (SMP) over UART, a DTS symbol named uart-mcumgr needs to be defined on the board. Enable this for all Nordic Development Kits. Signed-off-by: Carles Cufi <carles.cufi@nordicsemi.no>
