dfu: img_util: Convert FLASH_WRITE_BLOCK_SIZE to DT_

Use DT_FLASH_WRITE_BLOCK_SIZE prefixed defined instead of
FLASH_WRITE_BLOCK_SIZE as the non-DT version is deprecated.
