toolchain/xtools: Crosstools-ng supports TLS by default The Zephyr cross tools configuration which the 'xtools' variant supports enables TLS, so set TOOLCHAIN_SUPPORTS_THREAD_LOCAL_STORAGE when using it. Signed-off-by: Keith Packard <keithp@keithp.com>
