ext: hal: stm32cube: allow HAL/LL files to be selected via Kconfig By providing USE_STM32_HAL_* and USE_STM32_LL_* menuconfig options drivers and user aplications can select parts of the HAL without needing to change the Zephyr source code. Signed-off-by: Erwin Rol <erwin@erwinrol.com>
