drivers: wifi: nxp: add CONFIG_NXP_WIFI_BUILD_ONLY_MODE for CI testing Add CONFIG_NXP_WIFI_BUILD_ONLY_MODE, which allows the NXP WiFi driver to be built without a binary blob.
