boards: qemu_x86_64: amend DTS to have 2 CPU nodes qemu_x86_64 has default of 2 CPUs but the device tree only has 1. For correctness, add another CPU node to the tree. Signed-off-by: Daniel Leung <daniel.leung@intel.com>
