net: ethernet: bridging support This adds the ability to create Ethernet bridges for connecting separate Ethernet segments together to appear as a single Ethernet network. This mimics the Linux functionality of the same name. Signed-off-by: Nicolas Pitre <npitre@baylibre.com>
