doc: coding_guidelines: sort list in natural order Sort the MISRA lists in a more natural ascending numeric order. So instead of 1.1 - 1.10 - 1.11 - 1.2 - 1.3, we now have 1.1 - 1.2 - 1.3 - 1.10 - 1.11. Signed-off-by: Daniel Leung <daniel.leung@intel.com>
