net: l2: openthread: set multicast loop by default When multicast packet is forwarded to the OpenThread stack it has to have its "multicast loop" flag enabled to be processed by the stack itself instead of only propagating it further. Signed-off-by: Konrad Derda <konrad.derda@nordicsemi.no>
