dts/bindings: introduce a new octospi devicetree Add the DTS binding for OCTOSPI interface for the stm32 devices from STMicroelectronics. This corresponds to a NOR octo SPI flash. In this config, there is only on NOR-flash device. Signed-off-by: Francois Ramu <francois.ramu@st.com>
