mgmt: ec_host_cmd: add support for IN_PROGRESS status The IN_PROGRESS status is a specital status that can be sent during handling a host command. Synchronous backends don't support it, so an additional check is required. Signed-off-by: Dawid Niedzwiecki <dawidn@google.com>
