drivers: gpio: gpio_sam: Convert to DT_INST Convert driver to use new DT_INST macros throughout. We update one sample app to use a nodelabel reference. We also remove defines in dts_fixup.h as they are no longer needed. Signed-off-by: Kumar Gala <kumar.gala@linaro.org>
