boards: arm: apollo4p_evb add connector to apollo4p_evb Generic Connector for the apollo4p_evb Ran tests/drivers/gpio/gpio_basic_api Ambiq does not support DUAL Edged Interrupts. Added Connector Usages as defined by the Ambiq BSP. Signed-off-by: Richard Wheatley <richard.wheatley@ambiq.com>
