Bluetooth: host: Disconnect all ISO channels on BT_CONN_DISCONNECTED When an ACL changes state to disconnected, all associated ISO channels must be disconnected and cleaned up. This commit ensures that. Signed-off-by: Morten Priess <mtpr@oticon.com>
