soc: power: npcx: Clear host access IRQ pending bit before enabling NPCX host access IRQ enables before entering deep sleep. The pending bit lets chip wake up from sleep immediately. Clear host access IRQ pending bit before enabling. Signed-off-by: Wealian Liao <WHLIAO@nuvoton.com>
