lib/posix: Use static allocation for posix_thread objects The memory occupied by posix_thread objects are not significant. Hence, no point in using dynamic allocation. Addresses #8717. Signed-off-by: Rajavardhan Gundi <rajavardhan.gundi@intel.com>
