gpio: Add support for SENSE configuration for nrf SOC GPIO. nrf SOCs are capable of waking from Low power state or Deep Sleep state using sense configuration. So adding support for this in nrf GPIO driver. Jira: ZEP-2623 Signed-off-by: Youvedeep Singh <youvedeep.singh@intel.com>
