tests: ethernet: Disable ethernet build test for RT10xx platforms RT10xx platforms will fail to build with SPI and Ethernet enabled due to a pin conflict. Exclude them from the ethernet build test as it enables SPI and will fail. Signed-off-by: Daniel DeGrasse <daniel.degrasse@nxp.com>
