samples: sensor: change to use the app.overlay file The DTC_OVERLAY_FILE variable is specified on the command line. It's not preferable to set it in CMakeLists.txt. The app.overlay file is used as the default overlay file, so use it. Signed-off-by: TOKITA Hiroshi <tokita.hiroshi@fujitsu.com>
