net: openthread: Move SRP Kconfig options to Kconfig.features OPENTHREAD_SRP_CLIENT and OPENTHREAD_SRP_SERVER are Thread features and not Thread configuration, so move them to Kconfig.features. Signed-off-by: Aurelien Jarno <aurelien@aurel32.net>
