ext: segger: Use system include directive for configuration header. By using system include directive, we allow the user to place external SEGGER_RTT_conf.h files to the include path in order to override the zephyr version. Signed-off-by: Håkon Øye Amundsen <haakon.amundsen@nordicsemi.no>
