soc/intel_adsp: Unify/dtsify L2 local memory control block These registers were hardwired in the platform layer. Move to devicetree, via a struct interface that looks like the pre-existing shim layer. Signed-off-by: Andy Ross <andrew.j.ross@intel.com>
