drivers: clock_control: Remove XTAL accuracy change for nRF54L There was an error in calculation of LFXO INTCAP code that prevented obtaining desired XTAL accuracy below 50PPM. The error was fixed the accuracy should be within expected range. Signed-off-by: Piotr Pryga <piotr.pryga@nordicsemi.no>
