boards: test networking only in one qemu type We run the same tests over and over again in different qemu environemnt. Optimize the list to reduce redundant testing of the same protocols. Picked qemu_x86 because it has userspace enabled. Signed-off-by: Anas Nashif <anas.nashif@intel.com>
